Marketing Manager | £45,000 - £50,000 | Hybrid working, based in West London
We are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead and execute the next phase of growth for a lifestyle luxury jewellery brand. This role sits at the intersection of creativity and performance, translating the brand’s storytelling into a clear, consistent and commercially effective marketing strategy.
You will oversee marketing across digital, social, content, experiential and CRM, helping to grow the brand’s global presence while protecting its premium positioning, craftsmanship and exclusivity. This person will be leading a team as well as partnering with agencies, the main focus will be on the Marketing Calendar.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Brand Strategy
- Lead the execution of the overall marketing strategy, driving brand visibility, desirability and revenue growth.
- Develop and deliver integrated digital, physical and experiential marketing activity targeting high-value audiences.
- Ensure the brand remains culturally relevant while maintaining a distinctive luxury positioning.

Brand Storytelling
- Lead photoshoots, campaigns and content production, ensuring all creative reflects the brand’s identity and positioning.
- Work closely with senior leadership to translate product, design and brand stories into compelling marketing.
- Maintain a consistent and elevated tone of voice and visual identity across all touchpoints.
Digital & E-commerce
- Oversee the development and optimisation of the website alongside creative, development and external partners.
- Ensure the digital experience is seamless, premium and commercially effective.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer journeys and conversion.
About You

You’ll understand the landscape of luxury, fashion or high-end consumer lifestyle brands.
You’ll ideally bring:
- Experience leading marketing activity within a luxury or premium brand environment.
- Strong understanding of both brand building and performance marketing.
- Experience managing campaigns, photoshoots, content production and social media.
- Strong understanding of digital platforms, e-commerce and evolving consumer trends.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into actionable decisions.
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Confident communication skills and the ability to work closely with senior leadership, external partners and cross-functional teams.
- A genuine passion for building distinctive brands and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
