Marketing Manager - Beauty Division
Our Beauty Marketing team are now looking for a Marketing Manager to help bring our beauty strategy to life through innovative, customer-focused campaigns. Working at the heart of one of Harrods' most exciting categories, you'll translate commercial priorities into impactful omnichannel marketing activity that drives engagement, inspires our customers, and delivers results.
About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for planning and delivering integrated marketing campaigns across the Beauty division, ensuring every campaign aligns with brand standards, customer objectives, and commercial priorities. Reporting to the Beauty Marketing Lead, you'll work closely with teams across Buying & Merchandising, Partnerships, Creative Studio, CRM, PR, Marketing Operations, and Analytics to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
You'll act as the link between strategy and execution, transforming divisional objectives into marketing plans and campaigns that drive engagement and business performance. You'll also lead and develop a Marketing Executive, helping to foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering end-to-end integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, PR, events, retail, and partnerships.
- Translating divisional strategies into actionable marketing plans aligned to key customer and trading moments.
- Developing insightful campaign briefs for creative, content, media, and channel teams.
- Managing campaign timelines, workflows, and deliverables to ensure activity is delivered on time and within budget.
- Defining campaign KPIs and monitoring performance to identify opportunities for optimisation.
- Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders, agencies, and brand partners.
- Using customer insights, market trends, and performance data to shape future campaigns and drive continuous improvement.
- Supporting the development and coaching of a Marketing Executive.

About You
You will be a commercially minded marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys bringing people together to deliver outstanding campaigns. You'll be equally comfortable managing strategic priorities and the operational details required to bring campaigns to life, with a passion for creating customer experiences that deliver measurable results.
You will:
- Have proven experience delivering integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Be highly organised, with strong project management skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Build trusted relationships with a wide range of stakeholders and communicate confidently at all levels.
- Have a collaborative and proactive approach, bringing energy and momentum to projects.
- Demonstrate strong commercial awareness and a results-focused mindset.
- Use data, insights, and customer understanding to inform decision-making and campaign optimisation.
- Be comfortable leading, coaching, or mentoring others.
- Have excellent attention to detail and the confidence to make decisions in a dynamic environment.
