Client Details
My client is a marketing agency that focuses on SMEs based in Birmingham city centre looking for a Marketing Manager.
Description
- Develop and deliver integrated marketing strategies aligned with client goals and business objectives.
- Present strategic recommendations, insights, and campaign performance to clients and prospects.
- Monitor, analyse, and optimise campaign performance to maximise results and ROI.
- Support the Marketing Director while leading and mentoring Marketing Executives.

Profile
- Agency experience delivering B2B marketing.
- Understanding of PPC and SEO.
- Strong experience partnering with SMEs and owner-managed businesses.
- Commercially minded with a results-driven approach to marketing.
- Solid knowledge of the full marketing mix, with HubSpot and inbound marketing experience a distinct advantage.
- Track record of delivering measurable ROI and business growth.
- Exposure to management tools such as Trello.
- Can commute to Birmingham city centre.
