PROPOSED SALARY RANGE: £50,000-£62,000 + London Weighting (£5,441) depending on relevant skills, knowledge and experience. The expected salary range for this role reflects internal benchmarking and external market insights.

Your Key Responsibilities And Impact

  • Drive franchise growth by contributing to two-year growth plans and developing marketing campaigns and activations that support commercial success.
  • Collaborate across business functions to identify growth opportunities, deliver cross-functional initiatives, and create impactful brand and cultural moments for consumers and partners.
  • Use data, insights and market intelligence to inform marketing decisions, optimise campaign performance, identify audience opportunities, and support revenue growth.
  • Build strong partnerships with EMEA agents, enabling locally relevant campaigns that align with global franchise strategy while meeting regional market needs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with consumer product partners, retailers and broadcasters to support successful brand activations and achievement of business KPIs.
  • Lead B2B brand activation by providing partners with timely updates, assets and toolkits for trade and consumer events, ensuring regional alignment with global brand themes.
  • Monitor, analyse and report on franchise performance, delivering regular KPI reporting and actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Stay informed on competitor activity, consumer behaviour and industry trends, applying insights to maintain brand relevance and competitive advantage.
  • Support end-to-end campaign delivery by developing creative briefs, managing partnerships, ensuring regulatory compliance, mitigating risks, and optimising campaigns throughout their lifecycle.
  • Conduct post-campaign evaluations, communicate results effectively across the business, and apply key learnings to strengthen future marketing performance.
  • Act as a Bluey brand guardian, championing brand guidelines, delivering brand immersion programmes, and ensuring consistency across all consumer touchpoints and partner activations.
  • Build high-performing relationships and teams by collaborating effectively across the organisation, line managing direct reports, fostering development, and demonstrating a proactive, solutions-focused leadership style.

Essential Criteria

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE :

  • Managing and developing consumer brands in a complex business or media environment, using advanced marketing techniques.
  • Ability to influence and persuade people up, down and sideways.
  • Leading collaboration across organisational boundaries.
  • A creative mind to deliver impactful global brand campaigns and brand growth plans, as well as creativity in overcoming barriers
  • Team leadership, able to manage self and others within a complex matrix environment.

Desired Not Required

  • Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research techniques.
  • Leading team members to manage delivery (through agency resources if required)
  • Understanding and knowledge of the broadcasting industry and an interest in creative output.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships across the business. An excellent communicator
  • Ability to influence and persuade people up, down and sideways.
