Our client is a successful boutique asset manager with a strong investment track record. They are hiring a delivery-focused Marketing Manager to help turn their plans into impactful campaigns. Working closely with the CEO and fractional CMO, you will manage marketing activities across retail and intermediary audiences.

Key responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver campaigns across digital, content, PR and events.
  • Turn investment thinking and performance into clear, engaging and compliant communications.
  • Create campaigns and content for direct investors, platforms, advisers and wealth managers.
  • Manage agencies, freelancers and technology partners, ensuring work is delivered on time and within budget.
  • Use customer, campaign and market data to improve targeting and results.
  • Manage marketing systems, workflows and reporting.
  • Use AI and other marketing technology to improve the speed, quality and efficiency of delivery.
  • Work with the CEO, fractional CMO and sales team to identify and act on new opportunities.
  • Help build internal marketing capability as the business scales.

  • Self-starter with investment marketing experience and a background in delivering effective campaigns.
  • An understanding of regulated financial promotions and how to communicate with retail investors.
  • Experience of investment platforms, advisers, wealth managers or the wider fund distribution market would be useful.
  • Strong agency and project management skills.
  • Confidence using marketing software, analytics and AI tools.
  • The ability to turn complex investment ideas into straightforward and compelling communications.
  • A commercial mindset and a focus on measurable results.
