About Gravity Co

Gravity Co is one of London's fastest-growing flex living brands, awarded Best Global Coliving Operator of the Year (2022, 2023) and named one of The Times’ Best Companies to Work For (2024).
Gravity is growing, and we’re looking for a Marketing Manager to help deliver our day-to-day marketing activity and support the next stage of the brand’s development. Working closely with the leadership team and our external creative, performance and development partners, you’ll connect the dots between brand, content, acquisition and commercial performance.

One day you might be reviewing the quality of enquiries from a campaign; the next, briefing a property shoot, developing a partnership or helping prepare a new Gravity location for launch. This is a varied, hands-on role for someone who enjoys combining creative marketing with commercial thinking and practical delivery.

What you'll be working on:

Growth and acquisition:

  • Coordinate multi-channel campaigns across paid, organic and direct channels.
  • Work with our specialist agency partners on paid search and social activity.
  • Develop campaigns for audiences including students, professionals and corporate clients.
  • Monitor campaign performance and turn results into clear actions.
  • Work with Sales to understand lead quality, viewings and bookings.
  • Help improve landing pages, enquiry journeys and direct bookings.
  • Manage agreed marketing budgets and keep activity aligned with occupancy priorities.
  • Research and test new audiences, channels and acquisition opportunities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • Familiar with websites, paid marketing, organic content and SEO.
  • Proactive and willing to take responsibility for seeing projects through.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities can change.
  • A clear communicator who can work across leadership, Sales, Operations and external teams.

Why Gravity Co?

Gravity is at an exciting stage of its growth, with a growing portfolio, distinctive London locations and plenty of opportunity to develop how the brand communicates and connects with its audiences.
You’ll have meaningful ownership of your work, exposure to different areas of the business and the opportunity to help shape Gravity as it grows.

If you’re excited by the intersection of brand, growth, hospitality, property and culture, we’d love to hear from you.
