Growth responsibility: Supporting 20% organic client growth
Company: Ouma Ltd

About Ouma

Ouma drives measurable growth for brands through boardroom-level marketing leadership and an on-demand expert network. We are an agile micro-agency with global reach, scaling what works and enabling sustainable growth for ambitious brands.

We are your growth partner.

The Role

We’re looking for a commercially minded, strategically sharp and highly organised Marketing Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of Ouma clients.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role spanning client management, marketing strategy, campaign execution, reporting, performance analysis and client growth. You’ll be responsible for building strong client relationships, creating and activating marketing plans, overseeing delivery across multiple channels and ensuring clients see measurable progress.

You’ll work closely with internal teams, external partners and our expert network to deliver high-quality marketing activity that drives real business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Client Management

You’ll take responsibility for the day-to-day success of your accounts, partnering closely with the Client Services team to make sure clients feel supported, informed and confident.

You will:

  • Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders
  • Manage client communication, expectations and challenges with confidence
  • Lean into problems and take ownership of solutions
  • Escalate only when necessary, bringing recommendations rather than just issues
  • Keep projects moving at pace and ensure nothing drops

Marketing Strategy & Planning

You’ll lead the development of marketing strategies and plans for your clients, helping them unlock growth through clear thinking, strong insight and practical execution.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
