About the role:
Sales & Marketing is the engine behind PwC’s market growth, bringing together professional services marketing, sales support and business development to turn strategy into standout campaigns.
We’re driven by a clear ambition: to innovate every day, be inclusive by default, deliver commercial impact with purpose, and tell stories that inspire action.
PwC is recruiting one experienced Campaign Manager to join our Marketing team at Manager level.
This is an exciting opportunity to shape high-impact, integrated campaigns across the firm’s priority markets. Sitting within the Campaign Management skill set, part of the wider Marketing Capability, you’ll work with a talented, multi-disciplinary team spanning executive to senior manager level. Reporting to the Head of Campaign Management, you’ll lead the planning, delivery, tracking and measurement of campaigns, programmes and activity that connect with audiences, support business priorities and help drive growth.
If you’re a creative, commercially minded marketer who thrives on collaboration, insight and making things happen, this role offers the chance to make a visible impact at the heart of PwC’s go-to-market activity.
What your days will look like:
- Lead and deliver integrated marketing campaigns that support PwC's strategic growth priorities, using a mix of channels including digital, content, email and brand activity.
- Work closely with stakeholders and specialist marketing teams to turn business objectives into impactful campaigns and seamless customer journeys.
- Bring campaign ideas to life, translating creative concepts into engaging marketing activity that resonates with target audiences.
- Monitor, analyse and optimise campaign performance, using data, insights and marketing automation tools to maximise results and ROI.
- Manage campaign delivery from end to end, including project plans, budgets, agency relationships and ensuring compliance with marketing and brand standards.
- Provide leadership and support across campaigns, sharing best practice, building expertise in Marketing Cloud and managing marketing executives where required

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
