What you'll be doing

What We Need

Corpay is currently looking to hire a Marketing Manager within our Corpay Cross-Border Solutions, Private division. This position falls under our Private Markets line of business and is located in London.

In this role, you will take ownership of the day-to-day execution of marketing activities, spanning product marketing, content campaigns, launches, social media, and marketing data and reporting. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role for someone who thrives on turning strategy into action and is equally comfortable leading projects independently and executing against a plan set by others.

You will report directly to Head of Product Marketing and regularly collaborate with the Head of Product Marketing, Head of Content and Communications, Events Manager, wider marketing team, commercial teams, internal stakeholders, and external suppliers.

How We Work

As a Marketing Manager, Corpay will set you up for success by providing:

  • Assigned workspace in London office
  • Company-issued equipment

Role Responsibilities

  • Leading the end-to-end execution of marketing activities across product marketing, content campaigns, and launches, working closely with the Head of Product Marketing and Head of Content and Communications to translate strategy into delivery.
  • Working alongside the Events Manager to ensure events, content, and campaigns are planned and delivered as one joined-up programme rather than in isolation.
  • Managing multiple projects and timelines simultaneously, keeping activity on track across the wider marketing calendar.
  • Acting as a project lead where required, proactively identifying what needs to happen and driving activity forward rather than waiting to be directed.
  • Coordinating with internal stakeholders and external suppliers, including agencies, freelancers, and vendors, to ensure smooth delivery of campaigns and launches.
  • Owning the social media strategy and channels end to end, including LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
  • Building and maintaining a consistent and engaging social media content schedule that grows followers and drives meaningful engagement.
  • Monitoring social media performance and adjusting the approach based on performance and engagement insights.
  • Supporting the Head of Content and Communications with developing thought leadership content and marketing collateral, including white papers, case studies, sell-sheets, video content, webinars, and reports that support the Private Markets commercial teams and selling process while positioning Corpay as an industry leader.
  • Researching, drafting, and coordinating content that supports the wider content and communications strategy.
  • Ensuring content is consistent with Corpay's brand and messaging guidelines.
  • Owning marketing data and reporting across all marketing activities, including campaign performance in Salesforce.
  • Building and maintaining reporting frameworks that provide the wider team and senior stakeholders with clear visibility of marketing performance.
  • Using data to inform decisions across campaigns, content, and social media activity.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
