Marketing Manager | Contract Opportunity | Hybrid (London)
We're hiring an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns that drive lead generation, pipeline growth, and revenue impact. This is an excellent opportunity for a marketing professional with strong campaign management experience and the ability to collaborate across sales, product, and marketing teams.
Contract Details
- Location: London
- Working Pattern: Hybrid – 2 days per week in the office
- Start Date: ASAP
- Contract Length: Long-term contract
- Rate: £288.46 per day inside IR35
Key Responsibilities
- Manage integrated marketing campaigns from initial briefing and planning through to launch and performance review.
- Create and execute multi-channel campaign plans across email, social media, digital marketing, and other relevant channels.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, including lead generation, pipeline contribution, and revenue metrics.
- Ensure campaign delivery remains on track, aligning activity with commercial objectives and deadlines.
- Partner closely with sales teams to support pipeline generation, lead nurturing, and revenue growth.
- Work alongside product and insights teams to translate market intelligence into effective go-to-market campaigns.
- Develop campaign messaging and marketing content that resonates with target audiences.
- Coordinate the creation and delivery of campaign assets across multiple channels.
- Review and quality-check marketing materials before release.
- Identify opportunities to optimise campaign performance and improve results.

Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience managing marketing campaigns end-to-end
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, email marketing, and social media channels
- Experience tracking campaign performance and analysing lead generation metrics
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across sales, product, and marketing teams
- Strong project management and organisational abilities
- Exceptional written communication and copywriting skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced, commercially focused marketing environment
