Role/Team Overview
Sky Business is the business-to-business division of Sky. No matter their size or sector, we keep businesses connected and customers entertained with our next generation network and unrivalled sports and entertainment. With an exciting, fast-paced environment, we're looking for exceptional people, who are restless to innovate and build the future, helping Sky Business and our customers to grow. And with the support of a truly trusting and collaborative team, you'll grow alongside our business.
This role sits within the Commercial & Marketing team and is responsible for driving marketing strategies, engagement, retention and commercial growth across Sky Business's existing customer base. What You’ll Do
- Plan and deliver customer marketing activity across the Hospitality (Indies) customer base to drive retention, value growth and customer engagement, with a focus on simple, relevant and service-led communications.
- Identify and execute upsell opportunities across the existing Business TV product portfolio, promoting relevant connectivity and value-added services that meet customer needs and increase customer lifetime value.
- Drive cross-sell performance of key products such as Broadband and Mobile, increasing multi-product adoption and maximising customer value.
- Own and optimise always-on and triggered customer journeys across Email, SMS, Direct Mail, Customer Care, Social and Paid Media channels to improve engagement, conversion and retention outcomes.
- Partner with Brand, Insights, Pricing, Data and Marketing Operations teams to ensure customer strategy, creative development, data analytics and customer insight are aligned to business objectives and campaign plans.
- Lead quarterly planning, trading reviews and performance analysis, using customer insight, historic performance and forecasting to identify opportunities, mitigate risks and optimise results.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
