Marketing Manager

Location: London

Working arrangement: Hybrid

Sector: Vending, Payments and Self-Service Technology

The opportunity

Talent Magpie is recruiting a Marketing Manager for an ambitious and growing international technology business operating across the vending, payments and self-service sectors.

This is a hands-on B2B marketing role for someone who enjoys turning ideas into campaigns, managing multiple projects and representing a business confidently in front of clients and industry partners.

The successful candidate will manage campaigns, content, events, exhibitions and B2B client communications while supporting the company’s wider commercial objectives.

This is not a purely strategic management position. You must be comfortable developing the marketing plan and remaining personally involved in its delivery.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver the annual B2B marketing plan.
  • Create campaigns that generate awareness, engagement and qualified commercial opportunities.
  • Manage marketing projects from concept through to delivery and evaluation.
  • Produce client communications, presentations, case studies, newsletters and sales materials.
  • Work closely with sales and leadership teams to ensure marketing supports commercial priorities.
  • Plan and coordinate the company’s participation in events, exhibitions and industry conferences.
  • Represent the business confidently when meeting clients, partners and suppliers.
  • Manage digital marketing activity across the website, email, social media and relevant industry channels.
  • Coordinate external agencies, freelancers and suppliers.
  • Maintain consistent brand presentation and messaging across all communications.
  • Use customer, campaign and market data to improve marketing performance.
  • Monitor budgets, timelines, deliverables and campaign results.
  • Use AI across research, content creation, planning, personalisation and marketing operations.
  • Support internal communications and wider business projects.
  • Manage or coordinate junior marketing support as the function develops.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
