About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Performance Marketing Manager to join our team on a fixed-term basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B marketing, particularly within the technology or SaaS sectors, and a proven ability to generate demand and drive pipeline growth. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead demand generation initiatives, manage agency partnerships, and optimize digital performance channels to meet and exceed commercial targets. The Performance Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing marketing strategies that contribute directly to the company's growth objectives.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in demand generation, performance marketing, or B2B marketing, preferably within a SaaS or technology environment. A demonstrable track record of managing MQL and SQL targets is essential. The candidate should have hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as HubSpot, as well as proficiency in digital analytics tools including GA4 and Microsoft Clarity. Strong project management skills, the ability to work collaboratively across teams, and excellent communication skills are also required. Availability for immediate or short-notice start is preferred, along with the flexibility to work in our Haywards Heath offices on a hybrid basis.

Responsibilities
- Own and optimize the performance of demand generation campaigns, ensuring the achievement of MQL and SQL targets, and contributing to the overall pipeline growth.
- Manage relationships with external agencies responsible for SEO, PPC, and LinkedIn Ads, overseeing performance metrics, budgets, and KPIs to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and refine lifecycle marketing strategies by building and optimizing nurture sequences within HubSpot to enhance lead engagement and conversion.
- Utilize digital analytics tools such as GA4 and Microsoft Clarity to monitor website performance, identify conversion bottlenecks, and implement improvements to maximize ROI.
- Own the performance and continuous improvement of the company’s website chatbot, ensuring it effectively captures and converts leads.
- Collaborate closely with content, creative, and wider marketing teams to develop integrated demand-generation initiatives that align with overall marketing and business strategies.
- Analyze campaign data to generate insights, prepare reports, and recommend strategic adjustments to optimize performance and achieve KPIs.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in performance marketing, applying innovative approaches to enhance campaign effectiveness.
