Location: Alcester / Hybrid
Salary: £45,000 per year
While our office is located in Alcester, we are open to discussing hybrid working patterns.
As a Marketing Manager, you'll play a central role in planning, delivering and optimising integrated national marketing campaigns that build brand awareness, generate customer enquiries and support business growth. Working across digital, social, PR, print and paid channels, you'll help ensure every campaign delivers measurable results and a consistently excellent customer experience.

What You'll Be Doing
- Planning and coordinating integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Developing campaign briefs, timelines and content plans
- Working closely with internal teams, agencies and media partners to deliver high-quality campaigns
- Using audience insight, research and performance data to drive campaign effectiveness
- Monitoring results and identifying opportunities for optimisation and improvement
- Supporting a test-and-learn approach to maximise engagement and ROI
- Ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, on brand and to a consistently high standard
- Supporting commercial objectives through effective marketing activity
