About the Role
The Marketing Manager, Digital Content & Social Media is responsible for the web content, landing pages, and Research Intelligence social media presence that support Wiley's AI and Data Analytics (AIDA) marketing programme. The primary focus of the role is web content, building and maintaining the pages that carry campaigns to conversion, alongside creating social content that supports audience growth and engagement.
Working closely with the Senior Content Marketing Manager, Commercial Marketing, Product Marketing and web platform teams, this person translates campaign and product goals into pages and social content that perform.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Build and maintain landing pages for AIDA campaigns, product launches, and content offers, working with Commercial Marketing, Content Marketing lead on briefs and creative assets.
- Deliver against the AI web content roadmap, prioritising pages against campaign timing and commercial goals.
- Write and edit web copy for landing pages and product pages, ensuring consistency with AIDA messaging and brand narrative guidelines.
- Author blog content.
- Track and optimize page performance, including conversion rates and traffic sources, and use the data to inform page updates and future builds.
- Implement CRO recommendations across the AIDA web estate, working with the web marketing team to test and improve conversion performance.
- Maintain page quality and consistency across the AIDA web estate, including SEO best practice, accessibility, and brand standards.
- Audit the AIDA web estate on a regular cycle, retiring or consolidating content that is outdated, duplicated or underperforming.
- Create or source content for the Research Intelligence LinkedIn account, including copy, graphics, and short-form video, working with Brand Content and design resources as needed.
- Track and report on account growth and engagement.
- Work with the Senior Content Marketing Manager to ensure web content and Research Intelligence social activity align with AIDA's editorial strategy and content calendar.
- Work with Commercial Marketing and Product Marketing to ensure landing pages and campaign timing are aligned.
- Run message testing on web in collaboration with Field Marketing and Product Marketing and feed results back into page copy and campaign messaging.
- Work with web platform and design teams to deliver pages on time and to brand standard.
- Collaborate with web strategist and SEO experts to optimize and evolve our web strategy in line with best practices.

Required Experience
- Strong B2B marketing experience, with the confidence to work across multiple teams and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent copywriting skills, particularly for digital and web content, with the ability to turn complex information into clear and engaging messaging.
- Experience building and maintaining web content and landing pages using a CMS. Experience with Webflow would be useful, but is not essential, and training can be provided.
- Experience creating and managing B2B social media content, particularly LinkedIn.
- Strong copywriting skills, with the ability to write for both web and social formats.
- Experience using performance data to understand how web and social content is performing, including metrics such as conversion, traffic and engagement.
- A good working knowledge of SEO principles and SEO-focused writing. This is not a technical SEO/AEO role, but you should be comfortable applying best practices and working with specialist teams.
- The ability to manage multiple pages, content requests and social schedules against campaign deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with AI, data analytics, research intelligence or other technical products and services.
- Experience working in a SaaS or technology-focused B2B environment.
- Experience with marketing automation or CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
- Experience using basic graphic or video-editing tools such as Canva.
- An understanding of account-based marketing and demand generation principles.

The range below represents Wiley's good faith and reasonable estimate of the base pay for this role at the time of posting roles in the United Kingdom, Canada, USA, Austria, Czechia, Denmark, France, Greece, Italy, Netherlands, Romania, or Spain. It is anticipated that most qualified candidates will fall within the range, however the ultimate salary offered for this role may be higher or lower and will be set based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including but not limited to, geographic location, skills, and competencies.
