About Us

G.Network is transforming London’s connectivity by delivering world-class, full fibre broadband direct to homes and businesses. As a 100% full fibre provider, we’re rolling out Fibre to the Premises (FTTP) across central London. Our vision is to build a better-connected London, and our purpose is to unlock the power of GigaFast speeds to enable the communities we serve to thrive. We’re a values-led organisation, and our culture is built around four key principles:

  • Fair – We treat everyone with respect, create equal opportunities, and always strive to do the right thing.
  • Excellence – We take pride in our work and aim to deliver the highest standards in everything we do.
  • Resilience – We stay focused and adaptable, even when things get tough, supporting each other to overcome challenges.
  • Fast – We move at pace, make smart decisions quickly, and act with purpose to deliver for our customers.

We believe in creating a workplace where everyone feels they belong. These values guide how we work, how we support one another, and how we make a real impact across London.

Role Purpose

Direct mail is one of G.Network’s highest-volume acquisition channels and, in a footprint-based business, one of the few channels that can be targeted street by street against live build and Ready For Service data. Today the channel is delivered across multiple agency relationships and campaign types - door drops, self-mailers, addressed HomeMover packs and B2B mailings - with no single internal owner accountable for the end-to-end outcome.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

We’re looking for a marketing manager to own Direct Mail outright: strategy and planning, creative, data and segmentation, print and postage procurement, send scheduling, in-life monitoring and post-campaign analysis. You will be accountable for the channel’s contribution to monthly B2C and B2B order volume, and for the cost per acquisition at which that volume is delivered.

The role demands genuine range. You will be equally comfortable briefing and challenging creative, specifying a data selection, running the numbers on a response file and building a forward plan that holds up against build dates and budget. The right candidate will bring rigour to a channel that has historically been run campaign-to-campaign, building a test-and-learn programme, a reliable measurement framework and a plan that is aligned to the build programme rather than reactive to it.

This is a hands-on individual contributor role with no direct reports. Your delivery capacity comes from agency, print and data partners and from working effectively across Marketing, Sales, Data and Finance, so the ability to influence without authority matters as much as technical channel skill.
