About Physical AI Expo

Physical AI Expo is the flagship event for the Physical AI category — where AI meets machines that act in the physical world. Launching at ExCeL London in Q3 2027, targeting 6,000 delegates, the event brings together the investors, founders, and enterprise buyers driving a wave that has already pulled in close to $18B across companies like Figure AI, Physical Intelligence, and Jeff Bezos' own Project Prometheus.

About the Role

This is our first dedicated marketing hire, and it's a hybrid role by design: you'll own the entire martech stack — HubSpot, Apollo, GA4/GTM, Instantly, our website, and the AI marketing agent hub that powers our content and outreach — while running full-funnel demand generation across six buy-side audience segments. You won't be executing someone else's plan; you'll be building the system the plan runs on.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • Own UTM governance, conversion tracking, and weekly performance reporting across every channel

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in marketing or growth for a B2B event, conference, or high-ticket B2B product
  • Hands-on proficiency in GA4/GTM and CRM administration (HubSpot preferred) — not just briefing an agency
  • Comfort directing AI tools as part of a content and outreach production line
  • A bias toward shipping and iterating over long planning cycles
  • Early-stage or scale-up experience — this role builds the function, it doesn't inherit one

What We Offer

  • Ground-floor role on a category-defining event launch, with direct access to the founder/CEO and Founding Event Director
  • Full ownership of a function you'll shape as it scales toward Year 2 and beyond
