Marketing Manager - Dubai Relocation
A diversified UAE-based HoldCo is appointing a Group Marketing Manager to lead marketing activity across its portfolio of businesses. The group operates across real estate, construction services, engineering, facilities services, and hospitality. The successful candidate will establish a clear group marketing strategy while supporting the commercial priorities of individual businesses.
This is a hands-on role covering brand management, demand generation, digital marketing, content, communications, PR, events, and campaign delivery. Marketing performance will be measured against commercial outcomes, including sales enquiries, leasing demand, customer acquisition, and conversion.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and deliver the group marketing strategy
- Establish consistent positioning, messaging, and brand standards across the portfolio
- Plan integrated campaigns across digital, social media, content, PR, events, and offline channels
- Support property sales and leasing through targeted lead-generation activity
- Manage corporate materials, property collateral, presentations, websites, and digital assets
- Work closely with business leaders, sales teams, and operations to define commercial priorities
- Manage agencies, media partners, production suppliers, and other external vendors
- Set and control marketing budgets
- Introduce clear reporting across leads, enquiries, conversion rates, acquisition costs, and campaign performance
- Improve the group’s use of CRM, customer data, analytics, and marketing technology

Candidate profile
Candidates should have approximately five to eight years of relevant marketing experience, ideally gained within a group, portfolio, or multi-brand environment. The role requires strong knowledge of digital marketing, performance marketing, content strategy, customer journeys, agency management, and campaign measurement. Experience within real estate, property, construction, hospitality, or another service-led sector would be valuable. International experience gained in Europe, North America, or Asia would also be welcomed.

Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, digital media, business, or a related discipline. Arabic language capability would be advantageous but is not essential.
Package
The package includes:
- AED 18,000 to AED 25,000 per month, depending on experience
- Discretionary performance bonus of up to 10%
- Private medical insurance
- Relocation flight for candidates moving to the UAE
- One annual economy flight to the employee’s home destination
