Marketing Manager
Dubai (Relocation Included)
An ambitious, high-growth international recruitment business is looking for a commercially minded Marketing Manager to help shape the next phase of its growth journey.
Over the past four and a half years, the business has scaled rapidly, delivering 200% year-on-year growth followed by a further 50% growth trajectory this year.
With international expansion underway and a strong footprint across private equity portfolio talent markets, the business is now investing heavily in building a best-in-class support and operations function in Dubai.
This is not a traditional recruitment marketing role.
The business is looking for someone hands-on, proactive and execution-focused, someone who can bring ideas to life, build marketing infrastructure properly, and play a genuine role in revenue generation and brand positioning.
You’ll work closely with senior leadership, helping to drive thought leadership, improve CRM and customer strategy, elevate brand presence, and support commercial growth globally.
The Opportunity
This is a career-defining role for an ambitious marketer who wants real ownership, autonomy and progression.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
