Full Time, Permanent (40 hours, Monday – Friday). Some flexibility with number of weekly hours and start / finish times is negotiable
Salary:
£40k - £45k pa
Location:
A minimum of 2 days per week in the office at Aylesford, Kent ME20 7UB, with up to 3 days per week working from home

Founded by Guy Ritchie, Cashmere Caveman Co. (CCCo) is home to the WildKitchen, WildTent and WildTable – a range of premium outdoor lifestyle products designed around cooking, gathering and eating outdoors.
Since launching at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show in 2021, the business has entered a significant growth phase, with customers across the UK and internationally, including the USA, Mexico, Costa Rica, Saudi Arabia, Australia and Europe. CCCo products have also featured in Guy Ritchie productions including The Gentlemen and Mobland.
The Role
CCCo is seeking an experienced, proactive Marketing Manager to lead the marketing of its product range across UK and international markets.
Reporting to the General Manager, the role combines marketing strategy with hands-on creative delivery. A major focus will be creating exceptional content and using organic and paid channels, particularly social media, to build brand awareness and generate high-quality leads. The Marketing Manager will also support product launches, partnerships, events, PR and film and television opportunities, while ensuring CCCo maintains a distinctive and consistent premium brand identity.
The role is ideally suited to an ambitious marketer who combines strong commercial awareness with excellent creative and graphic design capability and enjoys working in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial business. There is a high level of autonomy within what is a small but ambitious team.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Management
- Work with the General Manager to develop and deliver the marketing strategy, aligned with commercial objectives and KPIs.
- Develop and manage the annual marketing, campaign and content calendar across seasonal activity, product launches, events and other commercial priorities.
- Define and segment target audiences to deliver focused and relevant campaigns.
- Manage the annual marketing budget across content, advertising, digital marketing, events, partnerships and external support.
- Identify relevant events, exhibitions, PR, media and advertising opportunities to increase brand awareness and reach.
- Monitor and report on marketing performance, campaign effectiveness and ROI, using insights to optimise future activity.

Content Creation & Graphic Design
- Lead the creation of high-quality content across digital, social, print, e-commerce, advertising and sales channels, from initial concept through to delivery.
- Design marketing and sales assets in-house using Adobe Creative Suite, including brochures, advertising, presentations, social creative, email assets, website graphics and product literature.
- Create and edit photography, video, Reels, Stories and other social-first content, adapting creative for different platforms and audiences.
- Own and evolve the CCCo Brand Guidelines, ensuring a consistent premium visual identity and tone of voice across all communications.
- Plan and manage photography and video shoots, including concepts, briefs, shot lists, locations and coordination of photographers, videographers, chefs, customers and partners.
- Develop creative concepts and written content for campaigns, product launches, website, social media, email, advertising and SEO.
- Ensure all creative clearly communicates product USPs and CCCo's premium brand positioning.
Digital Marketing
- Plan, create and manage organic and paid social media activity, including community engagement and direct messages.
- Identify and manage relevant influencers, creators and brand advocates.
- Track and optimise digital campaigns using performance data and audience insights.
- Own and manage the Shopify website, including UX, content, visual merchandising, pricing, SEO and conversion optimisation.
- Manage SEO and PPC performance, using specialist agency support if required.
- Manage the CRM in collaboration with Sales and Client Services to ensure effective capture, segmentation and use of customer data.
- Design and optimise email campaigns, automated journeys and lifecycle communications.
Partnerships
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships with complementary luxury, lifestyle, hospitality and other relevant brands.
- Develop collaborative campaigns including events, content, product collaborations, PR and cross-promotional activity.
- Manage partner relationships from initial approach and concept development through to delivery.
Sales Support
- Work closely with the Head of Sales & Client Services to provide high-quality collateral that supports customer acquisition and conversion.
- Produce presentations, proposals, brochures, case studies and other bespoke sales materials.
- Support website and telephone sales enquiries when required.
- Represent CCCo at selected trade shows, exhibitions and events.
Skills & Attributes
Essential
- Experience managing marketing budgets, agencies, freelancers and external suppliers.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in marketing, brand, content or creative marketing, including commercially focused marketing strategy and execution.
- Excellent graphic design capability with a strong digital and advanced practical knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including image and video editing.
- Strong visual judgement and understanding of typography, composition, imagery, layout and brand consistency.
- Experience taking creative projects from concept through production to final delivery, including managing photographers, videographers and freelancers.
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills across social, web, email, editorial and sales channels.
- Hands-on digital marketing experience across social media, websites, email, SEO, PPC and analytics.
- Strong commercial awareness, including lead generation, conversion, customer experience and ROI.
- Experience managing marketing budgets and external agencies, freelancers and suppliers.

Desirable
- Experience within a premium or luxury consumer brand.
- Experience marketing to high-net-worth customers and/or within luxury hospitality, interiors, outdoor living or lifestyle sectors.
- Shopify or similar e-commerce experience.
- PR, influencer and partnership marketing experience.
- Event, exhibition or experiential marketing experience.
- Experience developing automated customer journeys and lifecycle email campaigns.

Working Hours & Benefits
Basic hours are 9.00am–5.0pm, Monday–Friday, with hybrid working available. Some variation to number of weekly hours and start / finish times is possible. Flexibility will be required for events or occasional international travel.
- 20 days' annual leave allowance plus Bank Holidays.
- There is a discretionary office closure between Christmas and New Year.
- Employees are offered a WildTable for use at home (subject to any applicable Benefit in Kind) upon completion of probation.
