Marketing Manager – Harlequin Manufacturing Ltd.

Location: Office Based - Moira, Northern Ireland

Salary: £45,000 per annum + Benefits
Position: Full-time Permanent


Harlequin Manufacturing Ltd. is a leading UK manufacturer with over 45 years of experience, supplying innovative tank and water management solutions across the UK and Ireland as well as export markets.

We are looking for an ambitious and commercially focused Marketing Manager to take ownership of our marketing function and play a key role in supporting the continued growth of the business.

This is a hands-on role with responsibility for developing and delivering our marketing strategy across our key product sectors, including Oil & Diesel Tanks, Sewage Treatment Solutions, Water Tanks, and Thermal Stores.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement Harlequin's marketing strategy.
  • Manage and develop our websites, SEO, social media, and digital marketing activity.
  • Create engaging content, campaigns, product literature, and sales-support materials.
  • Support new product launches and development of our brands.
  • Generate qualified leads and provide effective marketing support to the sales team.
  • Manage trade exhibitions, PR, and industry communications.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements.
  • Measure marketing performance and deliver clear commercial results.
  • Actively aid in the development of new products.

About You

We are looking for an experienced marketer who is commercially minded, creative, proactive, and hands-on, with a strong understanding of B2B and digital marketing.

Experience within manufacturing, engineering, construction, building products, or a trade/distribution environment would be advantageous.
