Marketing Manager, Eastern Europe Distributor Markets – 15-month FTC (Fixed Term Contract) – Healthcare – UK Based

This is a UK-based, remote, 15-month fixed-term contract, with planned handover periods at the beginning and end of the assignment. You must have the Right to Work in the UK. Sponsorship is not available for this role.

Meet the Team

You will join the Eastern Europe Marketing team and lead the delivery of launches, campaigns and marketing programmes across a diverse group of distributor-led markets. This is a senior, hands-on regional role for someone who can help shape strategy and turn it into practical market activity, manage senior partner relationships and see priority projects through to execution.

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager and working closely with the Marketing Coordinator, you will own a varied portfolio of launches and projects while partnering with colleagues across Commercial, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Sales Training, Regulatory, Legal, Finance, Digital and EMEA Marketing.

You will make a visible impact from the outset, lead improvements to how campaigns are planned, delivered and measured, influence regional decisions, and help distributor partners bring Dexcom’s life-changing CGM technology to more people across the region.

Where You Come In

  • Lead product launches, campaigns and marketing projects end to end, from strategic planning through to coordinated execution across Eastern Europe distributor markets.
  • Manage senior distributor relationships, acting as a trusted partner who understands local requirements and translates regional direction into effective market activity.
  • Partner with the Marketing Coordinator to set priorities and align timelines, materials, localisation, approvals, project tracking and operational delivery.
  • Shape, adapt and roll out regional campaigns, product positioning, digital materials and educational resources, tailoring the approach to markets with different needs and capabilities.
  • Make evidence-based recommendations on market priorities, activity and investment, and influence regional decisions through contributions to annual brand-planning and budget discussions.
  • Lead improvements to campaign planning and measurement, setting clear objectives, responsibilities, milestones and appropriate performance measures.
  • Bring together cross-functional stakeholders to resolve barriers and deliver priority launches.
  • Own delivery across a varied portfolio, managing priorities, escalating risks early and keeping decisions and next steps visible in Asana.

What Makes You Successful

  • Substantial marketing experience in a regulated environment, ideally medical devices, healthcare, pharmaceuticals or a comparable industry.
  • Proven track record of leading product launches, campaigns or multi-market marketing projects and can translate broader strategy into focused, measurable activity.
  • Confident managing senior relationships with distributors, agencies or external commercial partners and influencing decisions without relying on direct authority.
  • Combine strong project-management and prioritisation skills with strategic thinking and close attention to execution.
  • Take a collaborative and pragmatic approach, building productive relationships across diverse functions, markets and cultures.
  • Use market data, performance measures, project costs and business assumptions to make sound recommendations and identify where stronger evidence is needed.
  • Understand the fundamentals of HCP and consumer marketing and can lead localisation, education, digital, campaign and launch activity across markets with different levels of capability.
  • Written and spoken English is excellent; additional Eastern European language capability and experience with Asana, Veeva, Tableau or similar platforms would be advantageous.

Experience and Education Requirements

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 8-12 years of related experience.
  • At this level a graduate degree may be desirable with 4 years of related experience

Remote Workplace

Your location will be a home office; you are not required to live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically within an hour’s commute). If you reside within commuting distance of a Dexcom site, a hybrid working environment may be available. Ask about our Flex/Hybrid workplace option.
