Lowline Marketing Manager

Lowline are looking for a commercially minded, highly organised Marketing Manager to lead the planning and execution of marketing activity across the Lowline’s venues and bars division, including the iconic Flat Iron Square, one of London’s most dynamic hospitality destinations. Sitting within the Brand & Marketing team and reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, this role is responsible for delivering integrated campaigns, driving venue awareness, optimising customer experience and supporting measurable commercial growth across events, food and drink.

This role combines strategic planning with hands-on delivery, requiring someone who is equally comfortable developing marketing calendars and overseeing campaigns as they are managing content shoots, coordinating partnerships, and optimising digital channels.

You’ll bring strong hospitality marketing experience, a sharp understanding of audience behaviour, and a genuine passion for London’s food, drink, and cultural scene.

Working closely with venue operations, external creatives, partners, and suppliers, you’ll ensure that all marketing activity reflects the energy and experience of the venues while supporting wider business goals.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the delivery of the marketing calendar, campaigns and seasonal activity across the venue to drive footfall and brand awareness
  • Lead social media strategy, planning, and content creation
  • Manage content shoots, calendars and creative direction
  • Support and deliver campaigns, launches, and key events
  • Coordinate PR activity, influencer partnerships, and brand collaborations
  • Oversee marketing materials and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
  • Work closely with operations teams to bring ideas to life seamlessly
  • Manage CRM, guest communications, and digital platforms
  • Track performance and translate insights into clear, actionable improvements
  • Provide support across the wider portfolio when required

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
