Opportunity within a well-established and respected name in the electronic manufacturing sector for an experienced Marketing Manager to join the team and help shape the next chapter of their commercial success.

The Role
- Spearhead strategic marketing initiatives that drive sales generation and strengthen the company's position as an industry leader
- Leverage your expertise in the electronics market to identify and capitalise on emerging opportunities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives
- Track and analyse marketing performance, ensuring data-driven decision-making and maximising ROI
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and senior leadership

What We're Looking For
- A proven track record as a Marketing Manager, with a deep understanding of the industry and its unique challenges
- Strong people management experience, ideally having led a small team
- Confidence working with marketing data and performance metrics to inform strategy
- A strategic mindset paired with hands-on delivery — comfortable both planning campaigns and rolling up your sleeves to execute them
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Experience in a marketing management role, in the electronics sector
- Demonstrated success in driving sales growth through innovative marketing campaigns
