Opportunity within a well-established and respected name in the electronic manufacturing sector for an experienced Marketing Manager to join the team and help shape the next chapter of their commercial success.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a marketing professional who understands the unique challenges of the electronics sector, and who is ready to take ownership of a strategic, sales-driving marketing function within a fast-paced business.

The Role

  • Spearhead strategic marketing initiatives that drive sales generation and strengthen the company's position as an industry leader
  • Leverage your expertise in the electronics market to identify and capitalise on emerging opportunities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives
  • Track and analyse marketing performance, ensuring data-driven decision-making and maximising ROI
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and senior leadership

What We're Looking For

  • A proven track record as a Marketing Manager, with a deep understanding of the industry and its unique challenges
  • Strong people management experience, ideally having led a small team
  • Confidence working with marketing data and performance metrics to inform strategy
  • A strategic mindset paired with hands-on delivery — comfortable both planning campaigns and rolling up your sleeves to execute them
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Experience in a marketing management role, in the electronics sector
  • Demonstrated success in driving sales growth through innovative marketing campaigns
