Yotpo - Marketing Manager, EMEA

Yotpo is leading the next era of trust and loyalty in eCommerce. With AI-powered Reviews and Loyalty solutions, we help brands turn browsers into customers and customers into advocates. Through deep integrations across the eCommerce ecosystem and the trust of over 30,000 global brands, Yotpo delivers seamless omnichannel experiences that increase conversion, strengthen customer relationships, and drive profitable, long-term growth.

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager, EMEA to lead high-impact marketing across the region. You’ll build the strategy and bring it to life through integrated campaigns, memorable events, and creative partner programs that generate demand, strengthen our brand, and help accelerate revenue.

This is a visible, influential role for someone who enjoys bringing people together- whether that means launching a full-funnel campaign, creating a must-attend industry event, activating a strategic technology partner, or helping Sales turn market excitement into pipeline.

You’ll report to the VP of Demand Generation and work closely with teams across Sales, Partnerships, Product Marketing, Brand, Customer Success, and Marketing Operations. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, commercial instinct, creative energy, and a natural ability to get people excited about what’s possible.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the EMEA marketing strategy. Develop and execute an ambitious regional marketing plan that builds Yotpo’s presence, engages priority audiences, and drives qualified pipeline across key EMEA markets.
  • Create events people genuinely want to attend. Lead Yotpo-hosted events, executive dinners, roundtables, customer gatherings, trade shows, and industry conferences- from concept and audience strategy through promotion, execution, and follow-up. You’ll turn every event into an experience that creates conversation, builds relationships, and drives measurable business impact.
  • Make partnerships a growth engine. Work closely with strategic technology partners, agencies, platforms, and ecosystem leaders to create joint campaigns, co-hosted events, content, webinars, and other high-impact activations. Build programs that expand our reach, deepen relationships, and generate shared pipeline.
  • Drive integrated demand-generation campaigns. Build full-funnel programs that connect digital campaigns, content, events, partners, and Sales activation—from top-of-funnel awareness through conversion and pipeline creation.
  • Own execution from big idea to business result. Manage campaigns and programs from brief through launch, follow-up, and analysis. Keep stakeholders aligned, remove roadblocks, and make sure great ideas actually make it into market—on time, on brand, and with real impact.
  • Measure what matters. Track and optimize program performance across registrations, attendance, engagement, MQLs, opportunities, pipeline, ACV, and ROI. Use data to improve the work while leaving room for smart creative bets.
  • Become a trusted market expert. Build a deep understanding of Yotpo’s products, customers, competitors, buyer personas, partners, and regional market dynamics. Use that knowledge to spot opportunities and sharpen our positioning.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
