Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and creative Marketing Manager for our EMEA region to drive global brand growth, regional execution, and consumer engagement. In this role, you lead end-to-end 360 marketing strategies spanning experiential marketing, paid social, digital media, and retail activations to build brand equity and foster a loyal consumer community across key regional markets. The ideal candidate brings a background in prestige beauty, cosmetics, or luxury brand management, with a track record of driving cross-functional alignment between global brand teams and regional retail partners (e.g., Sephora). This role will report directly to the GM, EMEA with a dotted line to HQ Marketing team.

Responsibilities:
Global Brand Consistency & 360 Strategy
- Own and execute 360 global marketing strategies across all consumer touchpoints, ensuring consistent brand voice, visual identity, and positioning online and in-store.
- Partner with Product Development, Creative, and Brand teams to translate core brand stories into localized marketing campaigns.
- Prepare and present Brand Marketing objectives, strategies, and plans to regional retailers.
- Monitor global consumer trends, competitor landscapes, and regional market insights to continuously optimize marketing activations.
Experiential Marketing & Event Activation
- Lead regional experiential marketing projects, including high-impact pop-ups, brand activations, influencer events, and press launches across major markets (e.g., London, Paris, Madrid, Milan).
- Oversee event concept design, budget management, agency selection, vendor negotiation, and post-event ROI analysis.
Media & Social Strategy
- Collaborate with internal digital teams and external agency partners to drive paid media strategies (social, search, display) aligned with commercial retail objectives.
- Work closely with Social media and Influencer Marketing to amplify campaign messaging, foster community engagement, and optimize user-generated content.
Retail Partner Co-Marketing & Activation
- Build joint co-marketing plans with key global retail partners (e.g., Sephora), aligning on window animations, visual merchandising, sampling programs, and CRM campaigns.
- Deliver localized toolkits, digital assets, and guidelines to ensure flawless campaign execution across multi-brand retail environments.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Brand Management, or related field.
- 5-7 years of progressive marketing experience in prestige beauty, cosmetics, or luxury brand management, with specific expertise in global consumer marketing.
- Deep understanding of the beauty ecosystem, multi-brand retail distribution (e.g., Sephora), and international market dynamics across Europe, and emerging markets.
- Proven track record of planning and executing large-scale experiential marketing events and integrated digital/social campaigns.
- Strong proficiency in budget management, cross-functional leadership, agency management, and digital/analytical reporting.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence cross-functionally, and with external agencies and retail partners.
- Professional fluency in English, French; additional European languages are a plus.
- Highly process-driven, detail-oriented, and organized, with proven ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
- Ability to combine big-picture strategic planning with creative execution.
