Overview

At WD-40 Company, we believe that purpose-driven people create extraordinary results. We're looking for a Marketing Manager in our Emerging Markets team. This is a unique opportunity to influence business growth, strengthen distributor capabilities and drive best-in-class marketing execution across diverse and fast-evolving markets.

This isn't a traditional marketing role. You'll combine strategic thinking, digital expertise, commercial awareness and relationship building to translate global and regional strategies into impactful local programmes. You'll partner with passionate distributor teams, lead digital and e-commerce initiatives, uncover growth opportunities through data and insights, and play a key role in elevating marketing capability across the region.

If you're energized by variety, enjoy influencing without authority, and are excited by the opportunity to make a tangible impact across international markets, we'd love to hear from you.

This role is based in the UK and candidates should be within commuting distance of our Milton Keynes Launchpad. International travel is an important part of the role, with approximately 25-35% travel required to support distributor partners and regional business activities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
