Marketing Manager - CRM & Growth

McBride Sport is supporting a leading professional sports organisation to lead the search for a CRM & Growth Marketing Manager, a pivotal new role at the heart of its fan growth and data strategy. This is a rare opportunity to shape how one of the sport's most prominent organisations understands, engages, and grows its audiences, at a time of real momentum for the organisation and for fan-facing digital innovation more broadly. The organisation is investing significantly in its data and marketing capability, and this role sits right at the centre of that transformation combining strategic ownership with genuine hands-on delivery.

About the Role

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will own customer growth, retention, and lifetime value, leading CRM strategy, segmentation, and performance marketing. You'll also spearhead a high-priority project to implement a new Customer Data Platform (CDP), building the foundation for smarter, more personalised fan engagement. The role blends commercial thinking with hands-on campaign delivery, working alongside an internal team, freelancers, and agency partners to drive revenue and fan loyalty. You will be the central owner of how the organisation attracts, converts, retains, and builds loyalty with its customers bringing together CRM, insight, segmentation, automation, and performance marketing under a single, coherent growth strategy.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
