Job Summary

Sitting within the Myprotein territory structure, the Marketing Manager – EU will plan and deliver localised marketing activity across our European markets. Working with the Managing Director – EU and central marketing teams, you will help drive traffic, sales and brand awareness across Myprotein websites, marketplaces and offline channels. You will use market insight and performance data to adapt campaigns for local audiences while maintaining a consistent global brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing strategy: Develop and execute local marketing plans for EU markets in line with territory goals and global brand objectives. Identify consumer trends and market opportunities to shape campaigns.
  • Digital marketing: Coordinate with central teams across SEO, PPC, social media, email, content and affiliate marketing. Monitor acquisition, conversion and return on investment, and recommend improvements.
  • Campaign delivery: Manage local campaign calendars, briefs and launches across relevant channels. Work with commercial and creative teams to ensure campaigns are timely, effective and locally relevant.
  • Brand management: Partner with the central brand team to grow Myprotein’s presence across EU markets. Ensure local communications follow brand guidelines and reflect local consumer needs.
  • Budget and reporting: Manage allocated marketing budgets, track spend and report on campaign performance against agreed targets.
  • Collaboration: Build strong working relationships with central teams and local stakeholders to deliver coordinated activity across markets.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Marketing, Business or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 4 years of marketing experience, ideally in e-commerce, health and wellness, or a related consumer sector.
  • Experience planning and delivering digital campaigns across multiple European markets.
  • Understanding of how language, culture and consumer behaviour affect local marketing performance.
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence using data to improve campaigns.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and project management skills.
  • Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, CRM platforms, SEO tools and social media management platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
