Job Summary

As the Marketing Manager, Europe, you will be responsible for designing and executing the programs that build pipeline, strengthen brand presence, and accelerate revenue across the region. You will own end-to-end regional marketing strategy with a heavy emphasis on field events, account-based marketing (ABM), and pipeline generating campaigns that directly support the European sales team.

You will operate as a collaborative partner to specialized marketers across Andela's global team — including growth, content, design, PR, and client marketing— bringing their capabilities to bear in the European market context. This role reports into the Senior Director of Marketing GTM Strategy and is based in the UK within a commutable distance to London.

Exceptional Leadership

As an Andelan, you'll serve as a role model for the rest of the company — you do not need to manage people to be a leader at Andela! Think about the feedback your peers typically give you — if it usually sounds like the below, we want to hear from you.

  • Low ego, low drama: You share credit, take blame. You like being wrong because it means someone else had an even better idea.
  • One team mentality: You break silos across teams. You put the company and mission first above your team alone.
  • Great listener, hungry for feedback: You're always seeking to improve — our product, our business, yourself. You solicit diverse opinions and deeply listen.
  • Owner, not renter: You see a problem, you fix it or find someone who will. The buck stops with you.
  • Team-player: You roll up your sleeves and get scrappy. You do this by proactively collaborating with your team while actively engaging in important details that matter.
  • Business problem solver: You're not just a functional expert; you consistently get praise for approaching your function through the lens of solving business problems.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Key Responsibilities

Regional Event Strategy & Execution

  • Own the end-to-end planning and execution of European field events — including owned events, sponsored industry conferences, roundtables, and executive dinners — aligned to pipeline and revenue goals.
  • Build and maintain a European events calendar, managing logistics, vendor relationships, budget, and post-event follow-up to ensure measurable ROI.
  • Partner with the sales team to ensure event audiences reflect target account lists, and that every event ties to a clear pipeline outcome.
  • Track and report on event performance including attendee quality, influenced pipeline, and cost-per-opportunity.

Account-Based Marketing (ABM)

  • Partner with the Growth Marketing team to design and execute ABM programs targeting high-priority European accounts in collaboration with sales leadership.
  • Use account intelligence to both inform campaigns and support the regional sellers.
  • Measure ABM effectiveness at the account level, reporting on account engagement, pipeline created, and influenced revenue.

Pipeline Generation & Demand Generation

  • Own regional pipeline contribution targets, developing programs that generate qualified opportunities for the European sales team.
  • Build and execute integrated campaigns — across email, paid, content, and events — that move target accounts through the funnel.
  • Partner with the global Growth Marketing team to localize and adapt global campaigns for the European market, including messaging, channels, and timing.
  • Maintain a consistent drumbeat of regional campaigns, adapting quickly based on performance data and sales feedback.

Sales & Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Act as the primary marketing partner to the European sales team, building a close working relationship with sales leadership to align on pipeline goals, target accounts, and priorities.
  • Collaborate with content, digital, and brand teams to pull global resources into regional execution — you are a multiplier, not a solo function.
  • Provide European market insights, competitive intelligence, and buyer feedback to inform global marketing strategy and messaging.
  • Work with the Revenue Operations team to develop regionally relevant sales enablement materials and outreach.

Reporting & Optimization

  • Track, analyze, and report on regional marketing performance against brand awareness, pipeline, engagement.
  • Continuously test and iterate on program approaches, applying data-driven insights to improve outcomes over time.

Qualifications

Experience

  • 4-6 years of B2B marketing experience, with a strong track record in field marketing, events, or demand generation roles, ideally within a high-growth technology company.
  • Demonstrated experience running field events end-to-end — from strategy and planning through to execution and post-event reporting.
  • Hands-on experience building and executing ABM programs, including target account selection, campaign orchestration, and measurement.
  • Experience working closely with sales teams and an understanding of how marketing contributes to the revenue funnel.
  • Prior experience in the European market.
  • Experience working across time zones as part of a global team.

Skills & Capabilities

  • Strong project management skills — able to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines simultaneously with a high degree of organization and attention to detail.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data, draw actionable insights, and present results clearly to stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences and channels.

Location

While Andela is a fully remote organization, this role should be based in the United Kingdom within a commutable distance to London to accommodate regular team in-person working sessions.

Some travel across Europe required for events and meetings.
