About Phorest
Phorest powers 12,000 hair and beauty salons, spas and medi-aesthetic clinics using our software across the globe. Our aim is to capture 25% of the market globally – that’s one million salons and a billion-dollar company. We are growing and would like to add a new member to our team. You will join a group of highly motivated individuals, to help us grow Phorest faster.
The Opportunity
As the Marketing Manager - Events & Partnerships for UKI, you will shape the annual programme and personally lead the delivery of more than 20 events and activations. This will include major trade shows, Phorest Connect, the Salon Owners Summit UKI presence, outbound experiences, partner events, webinars and sponsorships.
This is an individual contributor role reporting into regional marketing leadership. You will own budgets, suppliers, logistics, speakers, partners, guest experience and post-event reporting, working closely with regional and global teams.
The role requires regular travel across the UK and Ireland, with some flexibility around event schedules.
What You'll Do
Event Strategy & Delivery
- Own the annual UKI events and partnerships strategy and calendar, aligned with regional Sales, Customer and Marketing goals.
- Plan and deliver more than 20 in-person and digital events and activations each year.
- Lead end-to-end operational delivery, including venues, suppliers, contracts, stands, speakers, staffing, travel, logistics, lead capture and guest experience.
- Partner with the global Events team to deliver Phorest Connect and other global programmes locally.
- Coordinate selected outbound events and gifting activations with Sales to build relationships with priority prospects and accounts.
Partnerships & Industry Engagement
- Build and manage relationships with brand partners, media, associations, educators, referral partners, consultants, influencers and respected industry operators.
- Create and deliver a regional partner event and webinar programme that drives engagement, lead generation and customer retention.
- Represent Phorest at partner and industry events, creating access, advocacy and co-marketing opportunities.
- Manage sponsorships and community partnerships, ensuring they support the UKI strategy and deliver clear value.

Performance & Collaboration
- Manage event and partnership budgets, suppliers and external support, ensuring cost control and return on investment.
- Track opportunities, pipeline influence, account progression, sign-ups and customer engagement in Salesforce.
- Produce post-event reporting and quarterly performance reviews, recommending which activities to scale, improve or stop.
- Work with the Growth & Campaigns Marketing Manager and channel teams to connect priority events to wider acquisition, customer and retention campaigns.
- Use AI and automation tools to improve planning, administration, communication and reporting.
- Keep the UKI team informed about upcoming events and results.
Who You Are
- You have 5+ years’ experience in event management, partnerships or integrated marketing, ideally within beauty, aesthetics, SaaS or B2B.
- You have built event programmes and personally delivered complex events from planning through to reporting.
- You are a strong relationship-builder who can represent Phorest credibly with senior partners, customers and prospects.
- You are highly organised and comfortable managing several events, suppliers, stakeholders, budgets and deadlines at once.
- You are commercially minded and able to connect events and partnerships to pipeline, retention and growth.
- You collaborate well across regional and global teams and lead through influence.
- You are comfortable using tools such as Salesforce and HubSpot, and keen to use AI and automation to work more effectively.
- You are willing and able to travel regularly across the UK and Ireland and work flexibly around event schedules.
