Full-time | Office-based central Bristol | up to £50,000 inclusive of bonus scheme

We are looking for an exceptionally creative, efficient and driven individual with a proven track record of developing and delivering an international marketing strategy.

As a seasoned Marketing Manager you will join us to lead the company’s marketing strategy, strengthening Artelier's brand, reputation and visibility through organic marketing and communications. This is a hands-on role responsible for delivering marketing that generates qualified leads, supports business growth, and ensures specialist expertise is applied across all aspects of marketing.

Essential criteria

  • At least 10 years’ professional experience in marketing.
  • Minimum university degree level education.
  • Experience of developing, leading and delivering a company-wide marketing strategy with proven results.
  • Track record of delivering a successful SEO strategy.
  • Effective PR results.
  • High-level branding experience.
  • Eloquence and flare for writing.
  • Talent for design.

Desirable criteria

  • Degree level or master’s in history or art or an arts related subject.
  • Marketing experience within the arts, creative or luxury industries.
  • Experience of researching and critiquing art, craft or design.
  • Passion for modern and contemporary art.
  • Worldly, well-travelled and culturally aware.
  • Experience of managing a team and contracting specialists.

ROLE OUTLINE

Strategy

  • Develop and deliver Artelier's international marketing strategy, increasing brand awareness, generating qualified leads and supporting business growth through organic marketing.
  • Manage CRM system and support the sales team on sales strategies.

SEO & Content

  • SEO Strategy – Work with SEO specialists to implement best practice, improve search visibility and optimise Artelier's website.
  • Content Development – Manage keyword strategy and create optimised content that supports organic growth and industry authority.
  • Performance Monitoring – Track SEO performance using analytics tools and recommend improvements based on data insights.
  • Creative writing – contribute to our art essays and reviews.

Design

  • Branding – Take ownership of Artelier's visual identity, ensuring consistency and strengthening its position within the sectors.
  • Website – Manage and develop Artelier's Wix website, improving design, user experience, functionality and lead generation.
  • Brochures – Using Adobe Suite, oversee the creation of brochures, presentations and marketing materials that reflect the Artelier brand.

Communications, PR & Business Development

  • Develop PR opportunities that strengthen Artelier's reputation and industry profile.
  • Build meaningful relationships with journalists, editors, partners and industry organisations.
  • Support business development through LinkedIn and Mailchimp newsletters.
  • Identify opportunities for speaking engagements, conferences, industry events and strategic partnerships.

Location

The role is office based in Bristol, UK. This is advertised as a full-time role.
