Lead the launch of an exciting new luxury hospitality & property destination

We're working exclusively with a privately owned investment and property business on an exciting new luxury destination development, and we're looking for an experienced Luxury Hotel & Property Marketing Manager to lead the commercial marketing and launch strategy.

This is a rare opportunity to join a major hospitality and property project at a pivotal stage, with responsibility for creating the awareness, anticipation and demand needed to launch a premium destination incorporating luxury hospitality, spa, wellness, leisure, food & beverage and private residences.

This isn't simply about filling hotel rooms or selling property. You'll be responsible for building a premium destination brand and creating sustained demand across multiple revenue streams.

The Opportunity

You'll take ownership of the commercial marketing and launch strategy, working closely with senior stakeholders, hospitality operators, property sales partners, agencies and specialist consultants.

You'll bring together multiple marketing workstreams to create one compelling destination proposition, while building the customer journey from initial awareness through to enquiry, booking, property purchase or membership.

A key focus will be building anticipation ahead of launch through targeted campaigns, partnerships, PR, CRM, events and customer engagement.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Developing and delivering the overall commercial marketing and launch strategy
  • Defining target audiences, positioning, messaging and customer journeys
  • Building awareness and demand across hospitality, property, wellness and leisure
  • Supporting the marketing and sale of premium private residences
  • Developing CRM, database growth and lead-nurturing strategies
  • Supporting hotel pre-opening marketing, bookings and occupancy
  • Building local and national awareness of the destination
  • Supporting spa, wellness and leisure membership acquisition
  • Creating campaigns and experiences around the food & beverage offering
  • Planning VIP, preview and launch events
  • Managing external agencies across PR, creative, digital, paid media, CRM and events
  • Working closely with sales partners and hospitality operators
  • Managing budgets, timelines and campaign performance
  • Reporting on leads, sales, bookings, memberships, database growth and wider commercial KPIs

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
