Marketing Manager (5-Month FTC)
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an award-winning, internationally recognised architecture practice on a 5-month fixed-term contract, with the potential to become permanent following review. Working on high-profile, design-led projects, you’ll join a creative and collaborative studio where innovation is at the heart of everything they do.
The studio offers an excellent work-life balance with a hybrid working pattern of 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home, alongside flexible working hours with core hours between 10:00am and 4:00pm, allowing you to tailor your working day around your schedule. You'll be based in beautifully designed offices, enjoy a genuinely social and supportive team culture, and have the opportunity to contribute to the marketing strategy behind some of the industry's most exciting and prestigious projects.

Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of the firm's marketing and business development strategy.
- Create engaging marketing content across digital and print platforms.
- Coordinate submissions, presentations and marketing collateral.
- Manage website updates, social media activity and internal communications.
- Assist with events, campaigns and brand initiatives.
- Monitor marketing performance and identify opportunities to enhance engagement.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders to promote the practice and its projects.

Requirements
- Previous experience within a Marketing Manager or Senior Marketing Executive position.
- Architecture, design, engineering or wider built environment industry experience is highly desirable.
- Strong written communication and content creation skills.
- Experience coordinating marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- A proactive, organised approach with excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
