Located in central Epsom with easy access from the M25, A3, and M23, Wilsons focuses on helping every customer find their ideal car.
Role Description
The Marketing Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns to promote Wilsons Epsom’s range of franchises, used car stock, and aftersales services. This full-time, on-site role based in Epsom includes managing digital and traditional marketing channels, coordinating promotions and events, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all customer touchpoints.

Day-to-day responsibilities involve:

- Analyzing marketing performance
- Managing budgets
- Working closely with sales and service teams
- Briefing and reviewing creative assets
The Marketing Manager will also:
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Identify opportunities to grow leads and customer engagement
- Ensure that marketing activities align with business objectives
Collaboration with external agencies and internal stakeholders will be a key part of the role to deliver effective, customer-focused campaigns.
Qualifications
- Experience in marketing strategy and campaign management, including planning, execution, and performance analysis.
- Strong digital marketing skills across channels such as social media, email marketing, paid advertising, and website content management.
- Proficiency in content creation and copywriting for online and offline materials, with solid editing and proofreading capabilities.
- Ability to interpret data and use analytics tools to guide decisions and improve lead generation and customer engagement.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with sales and service teams.
- Organizational and project management abilities, including managing multiple campaigns and priorities within agreed timelines and budgets.
- Previous experience in automotive, retail, or a similarly fast-paced consumer environment is desirable.
- Relevant qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Comfortable working on-site in Epsom with a hands-on, customer-focused approach to marketing.
