ETOA is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to promote our B2B events and drive our marketing projects. We are looking for an individual with flair for design and layout, who is experienced and confident in Salesforce/Pardot campaigns. The role will include promoting our events and other commercial offers through email marketing, LinkedIn campaigns, partnership agreements, website and print.

ETOA is a member-driven community of over 1,000 organizations, from global brands to independent small businesses, DMOs, industry partners, and technical specialists. Supported by our supplier members and partners, we work on behalf of tour operators, wholesalers, destination management companies, and agents to enable a sustainable business environment in which European tourism can thrive and grow. The Marketing Manager will join a small but dynamic team and support the commercial strategy of the Association.

Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and evaluate multi-channel marketing campaigns for B2B events, membership growth, and lead generation in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Email Marketing & Automation: Design and build HTML email campaigns using Pardot, ensuring targeted delivery and optimizing data mailability alongside the Business Improvement team.
  • Digital & Social Media: Drive the organization's LinkedIn strategy by tracking engagement metrics, managing digital advertising, and optimizing performance.
  • Web & Content Production: Create and update online content using WordPress, produce print and digital collateral, and leverage website analytics to expand reach and engagement.
  • Partnerships & Event Delivery: Execute in-kind partnership agreements, manage external provider relationships for ad hoc projects, and provide on-the-ground support for events and exhibitions.

Key Skills

  • Proven track record in B2B marketing (event marketing experience is a strong plus), backed by excellent spoken and written English and a keen eye for detail.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Pardot/Engagement Studio, along with literacy in WordPress and familiarity with LinkedIn.
  • A strong flair for design, with Canva experience is highly desirable.
  • We are seeking a highly organized and self-motivated individual with excellent time management skills, the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines, and a quick-to-learn, flexible approach.
  • Experience in the tourism industry is desirable.

Role Details

This role is a fixed-term contract from Nov 26 – Jun 27. All applicants must be legally entitled to work in the UK. The role is hybrid, primarily 2 days a week in our offices near the Barbican (EC1A) with the balance of days either working in the office or from home.
