Role Description

The Marketing Manager role at Doris CCTV is a full-time, on-site position based in London. The individual in this role will develop and implement marketing strategies to promote CCTV products, strengthen the brand, and drive sales growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

The Marketing Manager will also manage external agencies or vendors as needed, optimize the company’s online presence, and ensure consistent messaging across all channels. This role involves hands-on execution as well as strategic planning, with regular reporting to senior leadership.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in marketing strategy, campaign planning, and brand positioning.
  • Experience with digital marketing channels such as social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
  • Ability to develop marketing content, including product-focused copy and promotional materials.
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting marketing data, performance metrics, and market research.
  • Effective communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills within cross-functional teams.
  • Hands-on experience in the security, technology, or related industries is highly beneficial.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
