We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Marketing Manager, supporting the Fund Solutions business in the EMEA region. Reporting to the SVP, Fund Solutions Marketing, Global, this full-time, permanent position and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact on our marketing and its growth.
Role Purpose
As the EMEA Marketing Manager you will lead the planning, development and execution of insight-driven, solutions-led marketing campaigns across the EMEA region for our fund and investment management solutions business. You’ll play a critical role in shaping and amplifying our external narrative, managing high-impact events and sponsorship activity, and strengthening engagement across our target audiences.

- Conceptualise and deliver multi-touch marketing campaigns that articulate client challenges and position our fund solutions with clear value messaging.
- Collaborate with commercial, product and business leadership across EMEA to prioritise and operationalise campaign plans in alignment with regional business goals.
- Establish clear campaign goals, measurement frameworks, and post-campaign performance reviews.
Content & Messaging
- Lead development of persuasive campaign content — including thought pieces, campaign messaging, email outreach, landing pages, presentations and supporting collateral.
- Ensure all content is consistent with brand standards, client insights and regulatory/compliance requirements.
Events & Sponsorships
- Own marketing delivery for EMEA events, industry conferences and sponsorships — from scoping participation strategy to pre-event promotion, on-site coordination and commercial follow-up.
- Evaluate event performance and audience engagement to optimise future participation and ROI.
Inbound Enquiry & Lead Routing
- Oversee intake of regional inbound website and campaign enquiries, ensuring quality triage and routing to the appropriate commercial or sales contact in a timely manner.
- Work closely with the digital and CRM team to maximise lead capture and visibility across systems.

Stakeholder Management
- Act as a key internal partner to the EMEA commercial teams, external vendors and agencies to ensure cohesive execution and alignment.
Required Skills & Experience
- Marketing experience within fund administration, asset management or investment management with a deep understanding of B2B institutional and private markets audiences.
- Strong track record in campaign planning and execution, including content development and multi-channel delivery.
- Experience managing events and sponsorships with measurable outcomes.
- Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex solutions into compelling narratives.
- Experience with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and campaign tracking.
- Strong project management skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple parallel initiatives.
Desirable
- Experience working in a global or matrixed environment.
- Familiarity with account-based marketing approaches.
