Job Description
CK International are looking for a proactive, creative individual to join our SLT as the Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our communication strategy across various platforms. You will collaborate closely with teams throughout the business to develop innovative solutions that enhance our brand presence and engage our target audience.
Based in our Head Office in Dungannon, Northern Ireland, the successful candidate will have strong skills and experience in the following areas:
Brand Communication: Effectively communicate brand value proposition internally and externally.
Materials Development: Provide the sales team with relevant materials to position company as an expert and preferred business partner.
Digital Strategy: Plan and execute a digital marketing strategy using agreed digital tools.
Web Management: Develop and oversee a web strategy, ensuring the website is optimized and up-to-date.
Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute campaigns across digital, social media, email, content marketing, and offline channels. Ensure timely and budget-compliant execution.
Market Awareness: Maintain an understanding of the competitive landscape and market trends.
Internal Communications: Assist with the design and delivery of the Internal Comms Plan regarding the company's direction and activities.
Sales Support: Assist the sales team with responsive, customized solutions throughout the sales process, from initial contact to contract signing and onboarding.

Skills and Experience:

- Proven experience in marketing communications, preferably within a small company where they have had sole responsibility for marketing
- 2-3 years + B2B Marketing Manager experience
- Experience of working in a varied Marketing position, dealing with direct marketing, PR, website development, events, online and print and marketing campaigns
- Experience of using content management systems like HubSpot CMS
- Expert in Adobe Creative Suite or similar technologies.
- Good use of MS Office including PowerPoint
Working Hours:
- Monday to Thursday – 8:00 – 5.00pm, Friday – 8.00-2.30pm
