About the role

This is an exciting opportunity as Marketing Manager to work collaboratively with the Sales teams in the UK and Ireland business to achieve our strategic objectives. You will align with and support the execution of the sales strategy and provide your considerable expertise with knowledge of clinical, product & therapy, educational material, events and clinical community engagement. With your team of 5 (2 Product Managers, 1 Clinical Educator, and 2 Sales Support) you are responsible for:

  • Product Management. Manage all aspects of the product lifecycle including the process for tender response.
  • OEM support. Activate the local OEM channels in conjunction with the OEM team
  • Clinical Education. Develop trusted clinical advisorship among the Sales Team
  • Peer to Peer events. Engage with the leadership of the clinical community.
  • Internal events and communications including reporting monthly to the General Manager

To be successful in the role you will have a can-do attitude, thrive on building relationships internally and externally, have a continuous improvement mindset to refine approach and delivery, and utilise your teams’ skills effectively to work collaboratively with other business functions to achieve the desired outcome. You will preferably have worked for a medical device manufacturer or similar and can demonstrate that you can converse easily with respiratory clinicians.

This role will require significant national travel, including to hospitals, conferences, events, training as required and to attend the Maidenhead office on a regular basis.
