Description

Why Join DAZN?

At DAZN, we don't just broadcast sport — we amplify it. We're one of the world's leading sports streaming platforms, and we're building something truly special in global boxing.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the team marketing a truly global sports product — one that spans every continent and connects with fans in every timezone. You'll have the scale of DAZN's global infrastructure behind you, the support of an experienced marketing leader above you, and the world's most popular sport as your content engine.

As Marketing Manager for Boxing, you'll play a central role in how DAZN reaches, engages, and retains boxing fans at scale — contributing to campaigns, supporting strategy, and delivering execution that makes a real difference to the business.

You'll be comfortable moving between campaign delivery and performance analysis, between creative briefs and data dashboards. You'll bring energy, attention to detail, and a genuine love of boxing to everything you do.

If you're a passionate, driven marketer who wants to grow in a fast-paced global sports business — this is your opportunity.

The Role

Reporting directly to the VP Marketing, you'll be an integral part of a high-performing global boxing marketing team. You'll support the delivery of global and local campaigns, contribute to strategy, manage day-to-day marketing activity, and play a key role in performance tracking and reporting.

This is a hands-on role — you'll be expected to roll your sleeves up, take ownership of your workstreams, and deliver results. You'll work closely with the VP Marketing, the Head of CRM, and the Senior Marketing Manager, as well as collaborating with regional marketing leads, creative teams, data teams, and external partners.

What You'll Be Doing:

Campaign Delivery & Execution

  • Support the end-to-end delivery of global boxing marketing campaigns — from briefing through to launch and post-campaign analysis
  • Manage day-to-day campaign activity across paid media, owned channels, social, and content — ensuring everything is delivered on time, on brief, and on budget
  • Coordinate with creative, production, and regional teams to ensure campaign assets are developed, localised, and deployed effectively across all markets
  • Support the localisation of global campaigns for key markets, ensuring cultural relevance and local resonance

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
