Role Overview
The Global Marketing Manager is responsible for shaping and executing the marcomms strategy for the Property & Buildings and Industrial & Advanced Manufacturing business, and the main point of contact for the Global networks, the regional business and marcomms teams for all marcomms activity in this area. This role is pivotal in building strong relationships with sector stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of business strategy, market dynamics, competitor landscape, client insights and organizational capabilities. By translating these insights into actionable marcomms strategies, the Global Marketing Manager ensures that marcomms initiatives drive measurable business impact and ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Marcomms Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement marcomms strategies for designated sectors/businesses, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and priorities.
- Contribute to the development of the overarching HGA Global Marcomms Strategy
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Global sector/business stakeholders and local marcomms & business leads to understand their strategic goals and translate these into effective marcomms strategies
- Serve as the primary MarComs point of contact for the relevant sector/business leaders.
- Manage expectations, timelines, and communications between MarComs and the business.
- Marcomms Collaboration: Work closely with campaign, digital and coms teams to brief them on HGA sector/business specific marcomms strategies and needs, oversee execution, and report back to the business on performance and ROI
- Market & Competitor Insight: Conduct thorough market research, client analysis, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, to inform the marcomms strategy, positioning, and develop compelling client value propositions.
- Proposition Development: Leverage deep market and organizational understanding to develop differentiated propositions that showcase the company’s capabilities.
- Client-Centric Approach: Collaborate with Global client marketing leads to ensure that clients and prospects are at the heart of the marcomms strategy, driving engagement and growth.
- Performance Measurement:
- Measure and report on the impact of marcomms initiatives, providing clear insights into ROI and business outcomes.
- Input into regular marketing, SAP and sector reporting requirements
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with global and local marcomms teams to ensure integrated, consistent, localised strategy and marketing activity delivery.
- Facilitate knowledge-sharing across teams to maximize efficiency and consistency.

- Previous experience in a Marketing position
- Property & Buildings or Manufacturing industry experience preferable but not essential
- Highly motivated with a passion for delivering in a fast-paced environment
