A leading Media company is looking for a Marketing Manager to join a fast-growing, ambitious media agency in London and take ownership of an exciting new marketing function.

This is a hands-on, entrepreneurial role working closely with the directors, with the freedom to shape the marketing strategy, build processes and make a measurable impact on the growth of the business.

The role

You’ll take ownership of day-to-day marketing across the business, with responsibility for lead generation, performance marketing, content, brand, website, analytics and reporting.

  • Own and improve day-to-day marketing performance
  • Manage Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and LinkedIn Ads
  • Plan and manage email marketing campaigns
  • Oversee SEO and website optimisation
  • Monitor leads, conversion, budgets, ROI and campaign performance
  • Analyse cross-channel performance and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Work with external agencies, developers and other partners
  • Oversee the ongoing development of the company website
  • Maintain a consistent and strong brand across all marketing activity
  • Ensure analytics, tracking, attribution and reporting are accurate
  • Develop processes and strategies to support continued business growth

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
