Lone Design Club is building the future of retail, connecting the world's most exciting emerging brands with physical retail spaces. Since 2018, we've built a community of over 35,000 fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and home brands, helping more than 4,000 brands launch into physical retail through pop-ups, partnerships, and retail activations. We partner with some of the world's leading retail destinations, including Ingka Centres (IKEA), Value Retail, Pradera, Hammerson, and The Crown Estate.
We're looking for a Marketing Manager with a focus on content to own our full marketing funnel, from brand awareness through to qualified pipeline for both brands and landlords.
What you'll do
- Set the overall marketing strategy across social, LinkedIn, PR, whitepapers, and events, working closely with our Fractional Chief of Staff
- Direct and support our Social Media Manager, aligning social strategy with wider funnel goals
- Own Clubhouse, our brand-facing platform for physical retail pop-up booking, including community strategy, brand engagement, and driving sign-ups
- Own LinkedIn as a B2B channel, building pipeline with brands (for Clubhouse) and landlords (for our Revolving Spaces platform)
- Write press releases and distribute
- Write whitepapers and thought-leadership content that builds our credibility with landlords and brands
- Plan and run events that build relationships with prospective brand and landlord partners
- Support campaign planning for major launches, including our upcoming Paris launch

What we're looking for
- Proven experience running full-funnel marketing, ideally spanning both B2C and B2B audiences
- Strong writing skills, comfortable producing PR and long-form thought leadership to a credible, publishable standard
- Experience managing or directing a social media specialist, with a clear sense of how social fits into the wider funnel
- Comfortable owning execution within a broader strategic direction, with real autonomy day to day
- Experience working in a fast-moving, resource-lean environment where priorities shift and you're expected to lead across multiple channels at once

Nice to have
- Experience in retail, real estate, or marketplace/platform businesses
- Existing PR contacts or media relationships in retail, property, or design press
- Experience running B2B lead-generation campaigns (landlord or brand acquisition)
