Do you have a strong track record across brand and trade marketing within prestige beauty or skincare?

Are you commercially minded, hands-on and confident working directly with founders and senior leadership?

Ready to take real ownership within a fast-moving, founder-led beauty business where ideas move quickly from strategy to execution?

MacGregor Black is partnering with a fast-growing, founder-led prestige skincare business on the search for a Marketing Manager. This is a hybrid position based in London, reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer.

This is a hands-on marketing role for someone who wants to build, not simply maintain. You will play a key role in driving brand and trade marketing forward, leading a small creative team, owning trade marketing execution across retail and wholesale channels, and partnering closely with the CMO and founders on brand strategy and campaign development.

Working within a lean, entrepreneurial environment, you'll need to be comfortable turning ideas into action quickly, bringing a strong point of view to brand and creative decisions, and managing multiple stakeholders, timelines and budgets with pace and confidence.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
