Marketing Manager – Healthcare 📍 London, UK (Hybrid / Field-Based)
Please note: Experience in a healthcare-related marketing role is essential (e.g. Medical Devices, Pharma, MedTech, MedComms, or similar).
About the Role
We’re partnering with a global leader in healthcare innovation to recruit a commercially driven Marketing Manager to lead UK marketing strategy across their Medical Education and Healthcare portfolio.
This is a high-impact role combining strategic marketing, product expertise, and customer engagement. You'll play a pivotal part in shaping market presence, driving brand visibility, and supporting business growth across the UK - this role is both strategic and hands on, so great if you want to get stuck in!
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute the UK marketing strategy for Medical Education product lines in alignment with broader business goals.
- Serve as the subject matter expert, articulating clinical value propositions, customer pain points, and product benefits.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Services, and external stakeholders to align go-to-market efforts.
- Lead national and regional events, conferences, and digital campaigns to build brand awareness and generate leads.
- Develop compelling marketing content (case studies, customer videos, success stories — by working closely with strategic partners and reference sites.
- Cultivate relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and healthcare influencers across the UK.
- Leverage market insights and performance data to optimize campaigns and inform future strategy.
- Manage and report on marketing budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources to maximize ROI.
- Equip sales teams with relevant training, collateral, and campaign support to enhance customer engagement.
- Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints, adhering to both global and local brand guidelines.
- Keep CRM systems and customer data accurate and up to date.

What You’ll Bring

- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a marketing role within the healthcare sector (Medical Devices, MedTech, Pharma, MedComms, or similar).
- Strong understanding of the UK healthcare landscape, including market dynamics and decision-making pathways.
- Tech-savvy with hands-on experience using CRM tools, SEO, social media, and AI-driven marketing tools.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive, hands-on approach to execution.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels (including C-suite).
- Strong organizational skills and proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
