Marketing Manager

Eden Scott is delighted to be the retained search partner to StretchSense, the world-leading sensor technology company with offices across Scotland, New Zealand and a manufacturing partner in Taiwan/China. They are entering an exciting new era of growth following a successful business transformation, major product launch and strategic pivot into high-growth B2B markets. Their proprietary sensor technology is widely regarded as best-in-class, powering advanced motion capture and spatial tracking solutions through their proprietary data gloves across XR training, AI robotics, healthcare and beyond.
We're looking for a commercially minded Marketing Manager, based here in Scotland, to help tell their story, build market awareness and generate demand across global markets.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, you'll sit at the heart of the go-to-market function, working closely with leadership, sales, product and technical teams.

This is a hands-on role where you'll create campaigns, develop compelling content, support product launches and help translate complex technology into simple, engaging customer stories. You'll play a key role in driving lead generation, strengthening the StretchSense brand and helping bring innovative products to market.
The Role
- Develop and deliver digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Create engaging content including social media, case studies, product materials and website content
- Support product launches and go-to-market activity across XR, robotics, AI and gaming markets
- Build sales enablement materials, presentations and customer-focused messaging
- Conduct market, competitor and customer research
- Work closely with sales teams to generate and nurture qualified leads
- Monitor campaign performance and use data to optimise results
- Manage external agencies, designers and content partners where required
- Help strengthen StretchSense's digital presence and brand profile globally
The Person
We're looking for an energetic, creative and commercially focused marketer who enjoys combining strategy with hands-on delivery.

You'll likely bring:
- Experience in product marketing, digital marketing or demand generation
- A track record delivering successful multi-channel campaigns
- Strong content creation and copywriting skills
- Experience in the marketing of technology, software, hardware or technical products
- The ability to turn complex concepts into clear customer benefits
- Strong analytical and organisational skills
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- An interest in emerging technologies, AI, robotics, XR or gaming
- A proactive mindset and willingness to get stuck in
