About the Role

We're looking for a talented Marketing Manager (or a Marketing Executive to step up) to join an exciting hospitality business and play a key role in driving the marketing strategy across the brand. This is a great role for a marketer who loves the energy of hospitality and wants a position that is varied, creative, and genuinely hands-on. You'll have the opportunity to work across social, digital, CRM, partnerships, events, and content, with plenty of scope to bring new ideas to the table.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Taking ownership of exciting marketing campaigns from initial idea through to delivery
  • Managing the social media presence and making sure the content really reflects the brand
  • Working across digital, CRM, partnerships, and events to drive engagement and revenue
  • Planning and coordinating content with internal teams, creatives, and external agencies
  • Working closely with venue teams to make sure marketing activity lands successfully on the ground
  • Writing and developing engaging copy across different channels
  • Managing multiple campaigns and projects at the same time
  • Looking at campaign results and customer data to understand what's working and where there are opportunities to improve
  • Bringing fresh ideas and keeping the brand relevant within the fast-moving hospitality market

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
