Position Overview

As Marketing Manager, you will turn Wise Productions' marketing strategy into effective campaigns across every channel and touchpoint. You will work closely with the Marketing & Partnerships team, to implement the strategy and safeguard the brand. Leading on campaign delivery, brand implementation, website, social media, and pipeline development.

This hands-on role suits a creative, self-sufficient marketer who can manage delivery end to end, create standout content from our events, and use data to generate insights and recommendations. The ideal candidate must also be available to work some evenings or occasional weekends as and when required.

  • Own the implementation of the Marketing & Partnerships strategy, translating strategic priorities into clear campaign, content and channel plans.
  • Identify, assess and recommend new channels and opportunities to reach target audiences and support business objectives.
  • Plan, coordinate and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across existing and new channels, taking responsibility for delivery against agreed objectives and timelines.
  • Create and oversee the production of high-quality marketing materials, coordinating internal contributors and external suppliers where required.
  • Plan, write and deliver regular newsletters and other targeted communications.
  • Implement and champion the Wise Productions brand across all marketing activity, working within the strategic direction set by the Marketing & Partnerships Lead.
  • Maintain brand consistency across templates, proposals, presentations, event collateral and other customer-facing materials.
  • Manage the company website, including content, user experience and SEO performance, working with external digital marketing partners to identify and implement improvements.
  • Develop engaging, search-optimised blog and website content aligned with agreed marketing priorities.
  • Manage the day-to-day delivery of the social media strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok, using performance insights to continually improve content and channel effectiveness.
  • Develop and oversee the production of original content for social channels and wider marketing activity, including capturing content at events where appropriate.
  • Coordinate with the wider Accounts team and external photographers, videographers and other creative suppliers, ensuring they are effectively briefed and outputs meet brand and campaign requirements.
  • Maintain effective management of the company's visual asset library and ensure appropriate assets are readily available to teams.
  • Partner with the New Business and Accounts teams to develop campaigns that generate, nurture and convert relevant leads.
  • Develop sales enablement materials including case studies, credentials decks and proposal assets to support business development activity.
  • Track campaign-generated enquiries and leads through Salesforce, providing visibility of marketing's contribution to the new business pipeline.
  • Monitor and evaluate marketing performance using Salesforce, Google Analytics, social platforms and other relevant data sources.
  • Produce regular performance reporting and translate data into clear insights and recommendations, using these to optimise activity and inform future strategy.
