We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team. This is a hands-on, broad marketing role for someone who enjoys taking ownership, getting stuck in and making things happen. Whilst the role can be based remotely, you'll need to be able to travel to our Colchester office on occasion.

As Our Marketing Manager, You'll

  • Develop and deliver marketing activity that supports business growth and commercial objectives
  • Create and maintain content across multiple channels, including digital, social media, website, email and sales collateral
  • Support business development activity through tenders, presentations and client-facing materials
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business to understand requirements and deliver effective marketing solutions
  • Manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously
  • Monitor market activity and identify opportunities to support growth
  • Act as the go-to marketing contact for Arc Legal

We're Looking For Someone Who

  • Has experience in a broad B2B marketing role
  • Is confident working independently and taking ownership of their workload
  • Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Can engage with stakeholders at all levels of the business
  • Is organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities
  • Ideally has experience within insurance, financial services or another regulated industry
